  • Choose between 4 feet, 6 feet, and 8 feet, with a choice of up to 3 balloon colors. 
  • Please order at least 5 days in advance. If less than 5 days notice, please call the store at 440-202-9104.
  • All orders will be available by customers given pick-up date during store hours only.

    • If purchasing a self service balloon item, once the item leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation and/or set-up.
    • Please be sure to have an adequate vehicle for transporting self-service items.
    • There are no refunds for open balloons.
    • There are no refunds for balloon glow.
    • Unopened items with a receipt are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
    • There are no refunds for items that uses helium.
    • There are no refunds for customized orders and purchases.
    • We are not responsible for defective balloons that may be within a pack of balloons.
